· 03 copies of the building plan

· 02 copies of the approved survey plan of the land

· 02 copies of the land deed

· Road to the land (a hand-drawn sketch)

· Recommendation from the National Building Research Institute

(Approval can be obtained within 02 weeks after completing all the documents.)
